How do I redeem my voucher?

 

1. Select your favorite products on www.pandaliebe.de.
2. Click "Proceed to checkout" to order your selected products.
3. Enter your shipping address and your email address.
4. Enter your voucher code in the field "Gift card or discount code" and click the "Apply" button.
   
5. Click on "Proceed to payment" to finalize your order. If your order value exceeds the voucher amount, you can choose an alternative payment method. If any balance remains on your voucher, you can redeem it on your next order using the same voucher code.

Where can I find the voucher code?

The voucher code is located in the bottom left corner of your voucher.

Where do I need to enter the voucher code?

You can enter your voucher code in the "Gift card or discount code" field during checkout. Simply refer to our instructions under the question "How do I redeem my voucher?".

How long is the voucher valid?

The voucher has no expiration date. So take your time choosing your favorite products.

What happens to the remaining balance if I don't use the entire voucher?

The remaining balance will be credited to you. During your next purchase, you can simply use the same voucher code again.

What happens if the order value exceeds the voucher amount?

If the voucher does not cover your entire order, you can select an alternative payment method for the remaining amount during checkout.

Can I cash out the voucher value?

No, that's not possible. You can only redeem the voucher at www.pandaliebe.de.
